The following information applies ONLY to orders shipped to: United States, Mexico, Japan, Taiwan, South Korea, and Malaysia.
At CITYFRAMES, we want international orders to be as simple and transparent as possible. This page explains how our pricing works for shipments to selected countries and why part of your payment happens through your local customs authority or UPS.
All prices in our online shop already include any applicable import charges, taxes, and duties. This means you’ll see the total cost of your order upfront. No hidden fees or surprises at delivery.
How the Total Is Split
When you view your cart, your total is shown in two parts:

Pay Now – This is the amount you pay directly to CITYFRAMES during checkout. (Shipping costs are added in the next step.)

Pay Upon Delivery – This covers your local import charges, taxes, and duties. These amounts are determined by your country and are paid directly to your local customs office through UPS.
Paying Your Import Charges
Once your shipment is on its way, UPS will contact you with a link to their tracking page.
You can use this page to pay your local import charges securely online.
Tip: We strongly recommend paying online. Payments made directly to the driver may include additional handling costs from UPS.
In some countries, UPS applies a small processing fee (usually around 2% or a local minimum). This fee is set and collected by UPS and is not charged by CITYFRAMES.
If You Refuse to Pay Import Duties
We do our best to make international orders as easy and transparent as possible. You receive all the necessary information in advance, and UPS will guide you through the payment process once your shipment is on its way.
However, if you choose not to complete the payment of import duties and your order is returned to us, we unfortunately have to apply a handling fee to cover the associated shipping and customs costs:
