All orders placed before 12:00 CET (Central European Time) are sent out on the same day.*

We aim to dispatch all orders promptly, but certain situations may result in your order being shipped the next day.
These situations include orders exceeding €1,000 that are shipped outside the EU which require additional export formalities and orders containing large quantities (10 items or more) which may not be fully in stock.
