We offer fast & reliable shipping. Products will be sent out based on the estimated dispatch time provided on the product page. We ship via DHL and UPS from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends start their journey the following week.

Kostenloser Versand innerhalb Deutschlands
Innerhalb Deutschlands versenden wir ab einem Bestellwert von 150 € kostenlos. Ausgenommen sind GRAND und BLOK, die per Spedition geliefert werden.

If you experience shipping damages or notice a package is missing, please notify us as soon as possible. Claims must be made within 7 days from the delivery date.
GRAND & BLOK shipping
Both GRAND and BLOK will be delivered fully assembled on a disposable pallet with a freight forwarding company (EU) or DHL Express (non-EU). The delivery date can be scheduled prior to the delivery. For more detailed information on production and delivery times please refer to the respective product pages.
Tax, customs and duties
CITYFRAMES is based in Germany. Shipments outside the EU may be subject to import taxes and duties. Local import fees (if applicable) will be calculated by UPS. The fee can be paid online via the UPS tracking page or upon delivery.Please check with your local authorities for the most current information.International shipments returned due to a refusal to pay customs duties are subject to a handling fee of 40 € per CUBE. This amount will be deducted from the refund.
